  I called around to get chimney cleaning services after purchasing a house with both a fireplace and a wood stove. Earliest time was with this place, but I still had to wait over a month. The day before it was to be done, I get a call saying the technician couldn't come out because they had the flu. When I asked when it was going to be delayed to, the woman told me not until just before Thanksgiving. I had to change all kinds of plans just to fit them in, and now they want me to wait even longer. Well, I will. I will wait until Hell freezes over before I ever call these people again.
